Updated U.S. Shipping Policy
All applicable import tariffs and duties are covered by Tanielle Jai and included in the total price at checkout. No additional customs or tariff payments will be required upon delivery. This applies to USA orders only. All other international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — see the International Orders section below.
Signature Required - Orders Over $400 AUD
All orders over $400 AUD are shipped with Signature Required Delivery, which includes:
- A signature upon delivery to confirm receipt
- Full shipping insurance
- Secure handover to you or an authorised person at your address
Packages will not be left unattended and delivery cannot be completed without a signature. For orders under $400, standard delivery applies and parcels may be left in a safe location at the carrier's discretion. Tanielle Jai is not responsible for unattended parcels on orders under $400.
Insurance & Claims
In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, your order will be eligible for replacement or refund once the courier's investigation has been completed and approved.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, promotional sales, public holidays, and long weekends, processing may extend up to 2 weeks. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. For any concerns, contact us at info@taniellejai.com.
Can You Change Your Order?
Contact us immediately at info@taniellejai.com if you need to modify your order. Once a tracking number has been issued, no changes can be made — including shipping address updates. After this point, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate any redelivery with the original address provided.
Express Shipping — Disclaimer
Express shipping is fulfilled by Australia Post. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed entirely by Australia Post and are estimates only. Delays due to postal congestion, weather, flight cancellations, or other external factors are outside our control.
Express shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, regardless of delays. By selecting express shipping at checkout, you accept these terms.

International Orders — Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
All international orders (excluding USA) are shipped DDU. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are charged by your country's customs authority and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon delivery. Tanielle Jai is not responsible for these charges or any delays they may cause.
For USA orders, all applicable duties and tariffs are prepaid by Tanielle Jai and included at checkout.
Delays, Lost Parcels & Redelivery
Delays — During peak and sale periods, please allow additional processing and shipping time. For delays in transit, contact your shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, reach out to us at info@taniellejai.com.
Lost Parcels — If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact the carrier first. Once a parcel is marked as delivered, Tanielle Jai is not responsible for loss or theft and refunds will not be issued.
Redelivery & Customer Responsibilities — Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information (including junk/spam folders) and arranging redelivery or collection with their local postal service if needed. Tanielle Jai is not responsible for parcels not collected within the carrier's specified timeframe.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or failure to track an order, the following restocking fees will be deducted from any refund:

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds cover the product cost only, minus the above fees, and will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected (allow up to 6 weeks for international returns).
Customs Duties, Taxes & Refused / Uncollected Shipments
All international orders (excluding USA) are shipped DDU. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, or non-collection, the following applies:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- A restocking fee (as outlined above) will be deducted from any refund
- Refusal of delivery does not constitute a change-of-mind return — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind
- Refunds cover the product cost only and will be processed once the item is received and inspected (up to 6 weeks)
USA-specific: US orders are shipped with duties and tariffs prepaid. If a US parcel is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-collection, the tariff fee is non-refundable as it has already been remitted on your behalf. Should you wish to have your order redelivered, all redelivery costs — including reshipping fees and any applicable duties and tariffs upon re-entry — are at your expense.
Shipping Restrictions
We are currently unable to ship to: Israel, Kenya, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Russia.
We are also unable to ship to countries under UN embargo, including: Syria, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan.
